Shipping policy

How long will it take for the order to arrive?

The delivery time for orders is 48-96 working hours from when the order is placed (only for shipments in Spain). For shipments in other countries the delivery time may vary depending on the distance to be traveled by the transport. During the holiday period these dates may vary slightly. All shipments will be made by transport companies guaranteeing the integrity of the shipments. If for any reason the order should be delayed for any specific reason, we will contact you to notify you. Once the order is made, it is not allowed to make any change in the shipping address and you should go to our contact address so that we can see how to correct it. The client may incur additional expenses if necessary and is expressly accepted by the parties.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping charges are not included in the item price. These will appear broken down in the purchase process at the end of your order. The costs will be calculated depending on the shipping destination.

Do you ship to my country?

What happens if I am not at the shipping address when the package arrives with the order?

After the corresponding delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice for you to contact him or the appropriate entity for a second delivery attempt. This second delivery could be made at the shipping address you indicated or at one of the carrier's offices. If finally, after repeated delivery attempts, your order cannot be delivered, it will be canceled and we will refund the amount of the same, subtracting the costs of returning the package.

What do I do if my order doesn't arrive?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
